Initiate Your Request

Log into your Welove account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, including all assembly hardware and protective padding, to ensure the product arrives back safely.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
